Another Minor Update (24jan21, later)

Two updates in one day. Hope this doesn't get too annoying for y'all, but please keep in mind, this game is heavily under development! 

Section 9.2:

• Revised ACD cost adjustments and DP Costs for Special Abilities with the Inflicts Disabling Condition Augment, to include Chant of Magnetism, Fog of Foreboding, and Mental Dominion.
• Revised DP costs for Apples of Atalanta and Trickster's Mantle.
